MRD Scope of Work
Cleaning Schedule: 3 Times Per Week
Parking Garages and Outdoor Lot
- Pick up trash from all surface lots.
- Empty trash containers
Entrance, Reception, Lobby, and Hallways
- Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners as needed, and remove trash to a collection point (trash liners to be provided by the client).
- Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces, including furniture, desktops, windowsills, chairs, tables, pictures, and décor.
- Damp wipe and polish all exit doors, panic bars, door closers, hinges, thresholds, and kick plates.
- Clean glass on the interior and exterior of doors.
- Dust mop or vacuum all hard surface floors, including under tables, corners, and along edges.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas, including around and beneath games or equipment; spot clean as needed.
- Damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeting, ensuring corners, edges, and areas beneath furniture are addressed.
- Police the entrance stoop and surrounding areas for debris as needed.
Rooftop-once weekly
- Remove litter, sweep cigarette butts, and clean ash urns and trays.
- Sweep and damp mop accessible areas around the perimeter.
- Clean exterior glass doors.
- Remove gum or sticky substances from surfaces as needed.
- Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners as needed, and remove trash to a collection point (liners to be provided by the client).
- Damp wipe and polish all exit doors, panic bars, door closers, hinges, thresholds, and kick plates.
Monthly Cleaning
Interior
- Dust high and low areas (pictures, clocks, etc.).
- Spot clean walls, light switches, and doors to remove fingerprints, smudges, and spills.
- Vacuum and remove stains from soft furnishings.
- Clean all high and low areas (fire boxes, signs, etc.) up to 72 inches.
- Clean stairwells
