Friday Mar 13 2026
- Leaf blower on outside debris front steps and sidewalk
- Swept Janitor closet area
- Vacuumed lobby including under lobby carpets
- Rubber Broomed lobby carpets and used sticky tape to remove fur and lint
- Edge vacuumed and brushed corners and wall edges to remove additional debris
- Cleaned up syrup(?) mess under lobby bench
- Picked up lobby and parking garage trash bags and replaced liners
- Scrubbed stainless threshold of agency to remove residue (attempt 1)
- Swept a few small areas of main parking garage
- inspected lower garage stairwell storage closet for inventory
- Wiped down cleaning cart to use on premises
- Glass-cleaned lobby table
- Moved extra items away from garage exit outside of janitor closet into closet
Saturday Mar 14 2026
- Miles: 19.5
- Swept Front Steps, swept sidewalk, blew sidewalk further with blower
- Picked up debris, grass, gravel, seeds in street in front of building
- Front steps rubber mat:
- Swept vigorously
- Used pick to remove various embedded stuck objects (seeds, tar, pebbles etc)
- Swept under mat and let top step dry
- Attempted threshold residue removal on (agency doorway aluminum threshold plate) Googone failed
- Scrubbed about 36 tiles in lobby in front of stairwell door to remove stuck dirt
- Replaced rooftop trash can liner
- Picked up a few bits and pieces on stairwell towards roof (needs revisting)
- Cleaned up grass, gravel, debris trash in alley cove that sits above dumpster
- Washed out garage trash can (black residue)
- Vacuumed freight elevator of small bits and pieces
- Vacuumed lobby carpets and floor
- Removed lint from walkway lobby carpet with sticky tape and rubber broom
- Wiped down cobwebs from west doorway windows (out to parking lot) (need extension pole to reach higher)
- Swept a couple areas in parking garage in and around janitor closet station
Monday Mar 16 2026

- Attempt 3 on metal threshold (goof-off) fail only minimal change
- Cleanedup strange crystalized goo mess on lobby bench near parking lot exit
- May be from the benches storage box or may be residue from elevator leak?
- Mopped area vigorously around lobby bench scrubbed tile grout to remove all residue
- Wiped bench cobwebs
- Worked on lobby to garage threshold removing dirt, scrubbing around grit
- Vacuumed lobby floor and front carpet
- Used sticky tape to remove lint and fur
- Ran vacuum along lobby perimeter using brush to get rid of stuck debris and attempt at fur stuck to baseboard
- replaced garage trash bag and installed new liner
- Washed bucket and cones in janitor basin to remove old construction dust
- Cleaned cobwebs around lobby ceiling and parking lot door using extension pole webster duster
- Vacuumed trim around windows in lobby
- Vacuumed and cleared cobwebs around big lobby bench
- Removed Amazon package tote

Tuesday Mar 17 2026
- Tested new keyfob on door
- Dropped off some floor cleaner and brush
- Need to get brush(es) replacements at dollar store
- Attempt #4 of goo removal on aluminum threshold on agency door (mild success but still not great).
- May need to apply acetone directly in drops with eyedropper (order glass version set)
- Could put paper towel strip on goo and soak with acetone to melt goo away and keep in place
- inspected previously cleaned crystalized floor mess. So far so good
- Used acetone to remove paint blob on front interior door (success!)
- Rag mopped and brushed a few tiles in front of door interior to remove dirt, scraped some residue
- Replaced trash liner in lobby (semi circle can)
- Cleaned up soda sticky mess in front of and underneath can
- Threw trash bag in dumpster
Wednesday Mar 18 2026
- Brought in some needed cleaning implements (hand brush and rubber broom)

- Sticky tape to extract lint and fur
- Rubber broomed and sticky tape cleaned front logo carpet
- Dumped garage trash can
- Picked up small trash bits in lobby tidied up products on table
- inspected under lobby bench for re-occurrence of crystalized residue mess (nothing so far)
- used leaf blower on front steps and walkway to send dust away from entrance
- Thoroughly swept and tidied front enclosed recycle patio, removing debris, leaves, glass, trash
- tidied bricks
- swept around mechanical unit behind dumpster
- Swept some tree seedling bits off sidewalk grates (small area)
- Disposed bag of debris in dumpster
- Swept some glass bits in alley above dumpster
- Swept areas in parking garage around spaces 1-3 as well as others
- Stairwell near lobby
- rubber broomed carpets to uplift excessive fur and lint
- shop-vacuumed landing and down short steps near doorway and around perimeter
- Rubber broomed stairs up to second, then third floor
- Vacuumed stairs up toward third floor up till landing removing fur and debris
- Vacuumed around handrails and on cable fencing to remove stuck fur
- Vacuumed behind vault door as possible.
- Vacuumed construction dust on lower landing
- Vacuumed windows and trim on half-landings
