Elder Shirt Lofts 2026 Daily Tasks Q3
Thursday July 2 2026
- Picked up perimeter trash
- Inspected basement, lower garage can
- Cleaned elevator stainless steel wall and floor
- Scrubbed areas of wood plank floor near elevator landing on 4th floor
- Wiped old residue around baseboard
- Hard scrubbed various areas by hand of wood where pitted areas were black
- Attempted scrub of metal floor but turned out good was hardened polyurethane mess (would require different process if removed)
Friday July 3 2026
- Brought over machine mop scrubber
- Scrubbed majority of lobby floor, went over high traffic area with most pitted residue multiple times
- Saw improvements but not completely cleaned yet, will clean more this week
Wednesday July 8 2026
- Inspected every hallway while picking up small bits of trash and scraping small goo objects.
- Picked up bits of trash in parking garage, walked perimeter, and picked up garbage on ramp.
- Vacuum third floor hallway to prep for machine mopping.
- Vacuumed, third floor stairwell landing and partial stairwell up to fourth floor of dog hair.
- Use rubber broom and sticky tape on basement carpet at elevator to remove fur and lint and other particles.
- Empty basement garage trash can and replaced liner. tossed in dumpster.
- Machine-mopped third floor with focus on stairwell landing and wooden plank flooring to remove old mob residue and pitting and other traffic marks.
Tuesday July 7 2026
- Inspected every hallway while picking up small bits of trash and scraping small goo objects.
- swept cobwebs from various windowsills along inspection route.
- Picked up bits of trash in parking garage, walked perimeter, and picked up garbage on ramp.
- Vacuum third floor hallway to prep for machine mopping.
- Vacuumed, third floor stairwell landing and partial stairwell up to fourth floor of dog hair.
- Use rubber broom and sticky tape on basement carpet at elevator to remove fur and lint and other particles.
- Empty basement garage trash can and replaced liner. tossed in dumpster.
- Machine-mopped third floor with focus on stairwell landing and wooden plank flooring to remove old mob residue and pitting and other traffic marks.

- Vacuumed partial fourth floor, including stairwell landing and vacuum stairs up to fifth floor.

- Machine-mapped fifth floor
- Used rubber broom on basement garage carpet
- picked up trash in parking garage and vacuumed multiple areas around storage cages and eastern wall including hallway to stairwell
- Empty basement garage trash can and replaced liner. Threw trash in dumpster
- Vacuumed lobby floor perimeter including some debris off of runner carpets.
Tuesday July 13 2026
- Vacuumed lobby floor and corners, used rubber broom on lobby carpet runners
- Emptied contents of mini trash can near post boxes - to dumpster
- Vacuumed elevator threshold and elevator floor and corners
- Vacuumed 4th floor hallway including surface of wood plank floor and elevator threshold and landing
- Machine Mopped 4th floor, multiple passes on plank wood floor to uplift old residue
- Rubber broomed basement garage carpet to lift out fur, lint debri
- Vacuumed garage carpet of collected debris
- Emptied garage trash receptacle, replaced liner, tossed trash into dumpster
- Vacuumed perimeter elevator landing threshold in garage
- Vacuumed various areas of garage around various pillars some concrete seams, plus along perimeter near ramp and some parking block edges
- Vacuumed garage ramp railing area, rail mounts of debris and cobwebs, picked up windblown trash

- Moved and replaced threshold mats
- Multiple passes including additional agitation on wood plank flooring
- Emptied basement garage trash can, replaced liner
- Emptied mini can of junkmail in lobby
- Discarded trash to dumpster

- Picked trash bits out of lobby mini trash can, disposed
- flipped outdoor threshold mat of tree debris so it wouldn't track back in

- Vacuumed lobby perimeter including door thresholds and partial runner carpets.
- Rubber broomed and vacuumed basement garage carpet cleaned around elevator landing area in garage.
- Emptied garage trash can and replaced with fresh liner took trash to alley dumpster.
- Vacuumed second floor hallway, including multiple construction drywall messes from fiber optic work. Vacuumed elevator threshold and landing picked up up dried tree debris.
- Vacuumed stairwell including landings from second floor to fourth floor, removing dog hair
- Mapped elevator walls, stainless steel cleaning using Windex and microfiber mop for uniform look.
Thursday July 30 2026
- Dusted 4th floor railing over atrium.
- Vacuumed partial fourth floor to wood area to stairwell.
- Vacuumed, construction, drywall, dust, mess, near janitor's closet, fourth floor.
- Vacuumed 4th floor, stairwell landing, and stairs up to 5th floor, including 5th floor landing.
- Vacuumed fifth floor, perimeter or baseboards, dog hair, etc.
- Empty basement garage trash can and put in fresh liner.
- Rubber broomed and vacuumed and used sticky tape on basement garage, elevator landing carpet.
- Used microfiber on elevator stainless steel to wipe off prints and dog marks.
- Vacuumed lobby perimeter and partial runner carpets and underneath package shelf.
- Empty'd lobby mini trash can and disposed in dumpster.
- Vacuumed elevator and elevator track on basement, lobby, fourth, and fifth floors.

- Picked up plant debris from second floor surface, vacuumed seating area atrium.
- Hand-mopped elevator floor of spots.
