    * Vacuumed extensively lobby perimeter, elevator threshold, entrance threshold
    * used brush on some corners to dislodge debris from baseboard
  * Wiped entryway window glass interior and exterior
  * brushed and wiped exterior door trim dust, cobwebs etc
  * discarded trash from mailbox mini can
  * vacuumed up ramp to industrial door
  * vacuumed threshold to stairwell
  * Vacuumed elevator 
  * Vacuumed 4th floor elevator threshold
  * Vacuumed partial fourth floor hallway (battery drained)
  * Stowed cart in janitor closet on fourth floor
  * Discussion with James, swapped encoded keyfob, discussed logistics and first day work

==== Tuesday April 28 2026 ====

  * Vacuumed Lobby perimeter
  * Vacuumed 1st floor stairwell up to second floor
  * Vacuumed landing second floor and half way to thirt floor
  * Vacuumed window area on second floor stairwell along trim, pipes etc up to about 9ft high 
  * Vacuumed 2nd floor hallway, seating area perimeter and down to emergency exits including home thresholds
  * Vacuumed elevator and elevator track, dislodged some debris from elevator perimeter
  * took away junk mail from mini trash can in lobby
  * Vacuumed lobby front entrance threshold and above door removing *some* cobwebs

==== Thursday April 30 2026 ====

  * Assembled dedicated vacuum for onsite storage and use
  * tested janitor closet dump sink
  * Extensive 4th floor vacuuming including:
    * Perimeter, thresholds upper sills, elevator landing area
    * back hallway area (dark) used attachment to get debris off surface
    * hallway window sill and above window (cobwebs on latches)
    * stairwell landing and a couple steps above and below
    * Atrium overlook - concrete relief cuts & lodged debris around pillars and railings
    * beneath and around display bicycle
    * scraped small goo spot
  * Vacuumed lobby carpet
  * Vacuumed front door threshold interior & exterior
  * Vacuumed parking garage carpet extensively
  * Rubber broomed carpet to dislodge lots of fur and lint
  * Vacuumed area surrounding elevator threshold
  * Vacuumed elevator track at basement dislodging gross old debris

==== Tuesday May 05 2026 ====

  * Brought in some trash can liners, replacement vac dolly, ear protection, bucket, water bottle, micro dust pan
  * Vacuumed elevator threshold 5th floor with shop vac and pick
  * Vacuumed 5th floor hallway perimeter
  * Vacuumed 5th floor stairwell landing including up on window sills of cobwebs
  * Vacuumed 5th floor back hallway (behind door way) of old construction and other debris
  * Basement / Parking garage
    * Rubber broomed elevator entrance carpet
    * Used stickytape to remove embedded fur and lint
    * Rubberbroomed final dust and debris off carpet for collection
    * Disposed of filled wastecan liner
    * Replaced liner
    * Cleaned some debris around and inside can and enclosure
    * Swept various areas of garage extracting dust from concrete seams, partial perimeter and pillars
    * Swept hallway to stairwell of dust and collected fur, debris etc

==== Friday May 08 2026 ====

  * Vacuumed 3rd floor hallway entirely
    * Used pick tool to get around railing pillars
    * Vacuumed partial stairwell landing and threshold (quick partial pickup)
  * Extracted debris from 3rd floor and 4th floor elevator thresholds
  * 4th floor scraped and removed floor aberration and chewing gum spot from hallway
  * Lobby, scraped up mystery goo from lobby floor
  * Cleaned elevator tracks with pick tools
  * Basement / parking garage
    * Cleaned elevator landing area extensively with rubber broom.
    * Swept parking garage areas extensively various spaces, pillars slab edges and more
    * moved drain grate positions to mitigate stepping hazard
    * Dumped trash bag and replaced liner

==== Tuesday May 12 2026 ====

  * Used goo-gone and microfiber towel to remove many scattered black smudges on lobby floor
  * Vacuumed lobby perimeter, elevator threshold, lobby ramp, under package shelving, entrance threshold
  * Vacuumed second floor hallway thoroughly, perimeter, back hallway and most of sitting area
  * Extracted debris from elevator track using pick tool and vacuum
  * Extracted debris in threshold crack using pick tool and vacuum
  * 4th floor, partial vacuum on landing area down to window
    * extracted old lodged debris with pick tool in elevator landing area
    * worked on gum blots on hallway (no success with goo-gone)
  * Retrived key to second floor water closet
  * Re-organized and straightened closet, discarded lots of trash
  * Migrated some tools and cleaners from closet to cleaning cart
  * Moved most cleaning supplies from 2nd floor up to 4th floor
  * Parking garage, discarded full trash can liner, replaced with fresh liner
  * Threw all garbage in dumpster
  * Picked up trash along front walk perimeter
